FullReveal is not a consumer reporting agency

Umbrella Net LLC, which runs FullReveal, is not a "consumer reporting agency" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Our reports are not "consumer reports". They have not been prepared to meet the FCRA's requirements for accuracy, dispute handling or permissible purpose.

Uses that are not allowed

You must not use FullReveal, or any information from it, in whole or in part, as a factor in deciding whether a person is eligible for any of the following:

Your promise when you search

Each time you run a search, you confirm that you will not use the results for any purpose listed above. If you need a background check for any of these purposes, use a consumer reporting agency that complies with the FCRA.

What happens if you break this rule

If we believe you are using FullReveal for a purpose covered by the FCRA, we may refuse searches and close your account. Refunds then follow rule 11 of our Refund Policy. Using information from FullReveal for a purpose covered by the FCRA may also break the law and expose you to legal liability.

Other legal limits

You must also follow every other law that applies to you, including laws on discrimination, stalking, harassment, privacy and data protection. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists other uses that are not allowed.
