Remove your information from FullReveal

If your details appear on FullReveal, you can ask us to stop showing them. It is free. You do not need an account and you do not need to buy anything.

What we can remove

We can stop showing these details on FullReveal:

• A phone number. We stop showing owner details for the number in search results and reports, and we remove its public phone number page and the comments on it.
• An email address. We stop showing owner details, data breach results and platform registrations for the address in search results and reports.
• Your name and location. We stop showing the matching person in people search results and reports.

Removal also applies to reports that customers saved before your request, when those reports are viewed on FullReveal. [VERIFY: engineering confirms suppression is applied at display time to stored reports.]

What we cannot remove

• Information held by other companies. We get information from licensed data providers and public sources. We cannot delete it from them. Your opt-out stops FullReveal showing it, even if it comes back from a source later.
• Copies already downloaded. We cannot recall PDFs or screenshots a customer saved on their own device before your request.
• Basic number checks. For a removed phone number, a search can still say whether a number is valid and give its carrier, line type and country, because this describes the number and not a person. [COUNSEL: confirm.]
• Information we must keep by law, such as records of your opt-out request itself.

How to opt out

1. Go to fullreveal.ai/opt-out.
2. Choose what you want removed: a phone number, an email address, or a name and location.
3. Enter the details:
   • For a phone number: the number.
   • For an email address: the address.
   • For a name: your full name, city and state, and, if you like, a past address or age range to help us find the right person.
4. Give us an email address where we can send updates.
5. Confirm the request:
   • For a phone number, enter the code we send by text message or automated call to that number.
   • For an email address, open the link we send to that address.
   • For a name, open the link we send to the email address you gave us. We may ask one or two questions to make sure we remove the right person.

If you cannot receive a code at the number or email address, choose "I can't receive the code" on the form or email [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will review the request by hand.

Why we ask you to confirm

Confirming stops one person from hiding another person's details, and helps us remove the right record when several people share a name. We use the code or link only to process your request.

How long it takes

• Phone number and email address removals take effect as soon as you confirm. Public phone number pages may take up to [DIRECTORY REMOVAL DAYS] days to disappear from search engines.
• Name removals take up to [NAME OPT-OUT DAYS] business days, because we check them by hand.
• Requests reviewed by hand, because you could not receive a code, take up to [MANUAL OPT-OUT DAYS] business days.

We email you when your request is done.

How we keep you removed

We keep a scrambled (hashed) copy of the phone number, email address or name you removed, so we can keep suppressing it. We keep it only for that purpose.
